The service

Frozen Goal at frozengoal.com is a free play-to-earn rewards service provided by its operator. Questions about these terms go to support@frozengoal.com.

Joining

• You must be 18 or over, and joining online reward programmes must be lawful where you live.
• One account per person and one per household. Accounts aren't transferable.
• Keep your details accurate and your password private.
• Any tax on the rewards you receive is your responsibility.

No gambling on the ice

You never pay, deposit or stake anything on Frozen Goal. Points are awarded only for game milestones and daily rewards under the published rules.

Points

• Points are credited at the values on screen when you complete a milestone or daily reward.
• Daily ceiling: 3,000 points.
• Points become money only through a payout under the Payout Policy, and can't be moved between accounts.
• Points credited by error may be reversed.

Fair play

Bots, macros, scripts, bug abuse, multiple accounts and manipulating results are forbidden. If we find them, we can withhold points and suspend or close the account.

Payouts

Available from 10,000 points ($10) by PayPal or digital gift card, after review by a person and possibly an identity check. See the Payout Policy.

Changes to the rink

Games, point values, the daily ceiling and these terms can change; the current version is always on this page. Points you've already earned keep their value.

Leaving the team

You may close your account at any time. If your balance is over the minimum, request a final payout first.

Liability

Frozen Goal is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for things outside our control. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
