What we keep
- Account: email, player name, hashed password, sign-up date and the IP address used to sign up.
- Play: game runs with times and scores, points history, daily rewards and payout requests with the payout email.
- Help desk: name, email, message and IP address.
Why
To run your account, credit points, stop fraud and duplicate accounts, send payouts and answer your messages. We don't sell data and we show no third-party ads.
Who else sees it
The payment or gift card provider receives payout details to deliver your reward; authorities only when the law requires.
Cookies
A single essential cookie keeps you logged in and protects our forms. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterwards only for as long as accounting and fraud-prevention rules require.

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at support@frozengoal.com from your account email.
