When does the money arrive?
Get your balance to 10,000 points ($10) and request a cash-in from the dashboard. We check each request by hand — usually within 1–3 business days. Your first request opens 24 hours after you sign up.

Does Frozen Goal cost anything?

Is there any gambling here?
None. You never stake anything and there are no random cash prizes. Points come from game milestones and daily rewards, each with its value shown upfront.
Who pays for the rewards?
The operator covers them from its marketing budget. A daily ceiling of 3,000 points keeps the rink open for everyone.
Who's allowed to play?
Adults 18 and over, where taking part in online reward programmes is legal locally. One account per person and per household.
What if I try to cheat?
Every run is timed on our server and every cash-in is checked by a person. Bots, scripts and second accounts get the account closed and unpaid points removed.
I've never played hockey. Can I still score?
Absolutely. First milestones are gentle, and the check-in and hat-trick bonus need no skill at all.
